Rec Basketball

Isaac decided to switch from Upwards basketball (in the winter) to the county rec department league this fall. Because he had bumped up to 5th grade rec soccer, they put him in that level for basketball, too, which was a little more difficult than Upwards - especially since instead of balanced teams they were pretty stacked. It was almost comical sometimes how large some of the six graders were that Isaac had to guard. Another difference was each Saturday had a double header, which is a lot of game to make the little brothers sit through so Mark & I divided up the games we attended. Isaac took it pretty serious, as usual, and hated losing (which they did every game) but by the end of the season he was settled on being happy with his best.

 That last one is most of the team listening to their coach. Should have gathered them up for an impromptu team photo - oh well!
