Friendly Neighborhood Garden

As suggested in an earlier post, Mark went camping again. This time he took our three oldest boys and headed up to Warm Lake with a couple kayaks. I stayed back with David to take care of simple pleasures like vacuuming the entire house, buying 40 notebooks of lined paper for 17 cents each - along with an outside dining set on clearance, and attending a small backyard wedding, all with my little pal David.

Last night before bedtime we went for a walk. Just around the corner to Mark's awesome garden plot. Some of the neighborhood kids were out riding their bikes and asked to join us. They all love Mark's garden! It's really a pretty cool place this time of year.

Sometimes life is pretty idyllic.
