We are having a glorious fall. Highs in the 60s, leaves still on the trees. So I decided to take the kids to Zoo Boise after "school" to enjoy it while we can. And enjoy we did, with very few other visitors and all the animals seemed to be active and easily visible, and the beautiful trees!
We collected leaves, since there were so many types not available in our neighborhood, and just enjoyed leisurely visiting every area we wished for as long as we wanted. Which of course means the play area!
Bonus: both David AND Charlie had naps in the car on the way home.
