Family Times

The past couple of Sundays have been major family get-togethers for us. The first Sunday, Spencer spoke in sacrament meeting and Laura flew into town with Owen for the occasion. (It's only a big deal because Spence was about to leave on his mission.)

Tons of extended family and friends were there and we partied at Mark's parents' home all afternoon.

 

Somehow I got zero pictures of Spence... oops. Here are snapshots of cousins Abby & Katers, and Isaac with Mack & Andrew.

What's a Sunday family get-together without singing?

The next Sunday we all got together to witness/participate in David receiving his name & blessing at church, followed by lunch at our house. I didn't take a single picture - big oops! Later we gathered at the stake center for Spencer; he was set apart as a missionary and entered the MTC today. (Snagged this pic from Facebook.)

We will definitely miss his loving and energetic spirit, but we are so proud of him and know what a great thing he is doing bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ to anyone who will listen in the Tallahassee area!
